Diagnosis built on imaging
Ultrasound, OCT, autofluorescence and angiography are combined, so that every decision rests on measurements that can be compared over time.
The eye and vision come first
Whenever it is safe, eye-preserving options such as radiotherapy, light-based treatment or local chemotherapy are discussed before any surgery that removes the eye.
Specialist teams when needed
Radiation oncology, interventional radiology, pediatric and medical oncology are involved whenever a treatment requires them.
